Regional Support Manager

Regional Support Manager – Children’s Residential Care (EBD)

Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire £60,000 | 37.5 hours

Are you a senior leader in children’s residential care ready to make a wider impact? We are hiring a Regional Support Manager to support multiple services and drive high-quality care outcomes.

The Role

A fast-paced, hands-on position supporting homes across the region where extra leadership is needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide parachute support to Registered Managers
  • Deliver audits, coaching, and mentoring
  • Step in as an interim manager when required
  • Support teams to maintain safe, therapeutic environments
  • Identify risks and drive service improvement

About You

We’re looking for candidates with:

  • A strong background in children’s residential care (EBD)
  • Proven leadership in managing multiple or complex services
  • Solid knowledge of Ofsted and safeguarding
  • A Level 5 qualification (or equivalent)
  • Passion for improving outcomes for young people
    • Desirable: Trauma-informed experience
