Regional Support Manager
Regional Support Manager – Children’s Residential Care (EBD)
Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire £60,000 | 37.5 hours
Are you a senior leader in children’s residential care ready to make a wider impact? We are hiring a Regional Support Manager to support multiple services and drive high-quality care outcomes.
The Role
A fast-paced, hands-on position supporting homes across the region where extra leadership is needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide parachute support to Registered Managers
- Deliver audits, coaching, and mentoring
- Step in as an interim manager when required
- Support teams to maintain safe, therapeutic environments
- Identify risks and drive service improvement
About You
We’re looking for candidates with:
- A strong background in children’s residential care (EBD)
- Proven leadership in managing multiple or complex services
- Solid knowledge of Ofsted and safeguarding
- A Level 5 qualification (or equivalent)
- Passion for improving outcomes for young people
- Desirable: Trauma-informed experience
