Care Concern Group is delighted to offer a senior-level opportunity to join our leadership team as a Regional Support Manager in Aberdeenshire.

As Regional Support Manager, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing the standard of care across 8 care homes. Your expertise and guidance will be pivotal in coaching Home and Deputy Managers, driving innovation, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Regional Support Manager

As a key member of the leadership team, you will report to and support the Regional Director to ensure exceptional care standards, operational success, and team development across all homes in your region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Optimize resources at the home level to deliver outstanding results.
  • Oversee financial management, including budgets, payroll, and revenue growth to achieve business targets.
  • Champion person-centred planning and ensure personalized support in every home.
  • Support underperforming homes by creating and implementing effective action plans.
  • Attract, retain, and develop high-quality staff across all care homes.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements.
  • Foster strong relationships with residents, their families, and key stakeholders.

Your Success Profile

We’re seeking a highly driven, results-oriented leader who is passionate about making a difference in the care industry.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a successful Registered Home Manager.
  • Nursing qualification (RGN/RMN) is preferred.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality care, as recognised by the Care Inspectorate.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of care home regulation and legislation.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving financial targets and driving operational improvements.
