The Role

We are recruiting a Regional Talent and Development Administrator Apprentice, reporting to the Regional Talent and Development Manager. Working closely with the team, you will provide admin support to ensure services meet organisational needs.

This is a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship (typically 15-18 months), with masterclasses delivered by West Notts College (one per month in person, nine sessions over the duration).

  • Salary: £17,425
  • Hours: 37.5 per week (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm)
  • Working Pattern: One office day per week (typically Thursday), with occasionally additional flexibility where required.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Event Coordination:
    • Scheduling face-to-face and webinar activities, sending invitations, confirming bookings for venues (meeting rooms, restaurants, guest speakers), arranging menus and dining preferences, and arranging tours for events and facilitators.
    • Printing and collating development materials, travel documents, and food/dietary prep notes for participants.
    • Ensuring psychometric profiling completion for events.

  • Email & Document Management:

    • Managing the mailbox admin comprising email responses, escalations, and action-tracking for coordinated support.
    • Applying analytical oversight over attendance and learning progress (tracking, reportings).
  • Supporting Compliance & Operations:

    • Assisting with Calibration and Development Centre organisations, including booking rooms and arranging participants.
    • Processing timely invoices for accuracy.
    • Carrying out ad hoc tasks as necessary.

We’re looking for an organised, motivated professional with:

Essential: ✔ 5 GCSEs (grade C/4 or above), including Maths & English. ✔ Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel). ✔ Exceptional communication skills. ✔ Ability to maintain confidentiality in sensitive matters. ✔ Fast-paced adaptability in fast-moving business contexts. ✔ High attention to detail with accuracy in administration. ✔ Flexible problem-solving for prioritisation & multi-tasking needs.
