Technical Sales & Specification Manager – North
Location: North of England (M62 Corridor)
Salary: Competitive + Bonus Package
About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Technical Sales & Specification Manager to join our growing team and drive the sales of our advanced screed product range across the North of England. This is a fantastic opportunity for a construction sales professional with a technical background to join a business that's investing in new technology and expanding.
About You
We're after someone who:
- Has strong knowledge of construction products and processes, ideally within heavy building materials.
- Brings proven experience in technical sales and specification within the construction sector.
- Communicates confidently and credibly with everyone from site operatives to architects, main contractors, and specifiers.
- Isn’t afraid of getting their hands dirty assisting customers on site and helping with product testing.
- Has a genuine track record of doing what they say they'll do - reliability and trust matter as much as technical know-how.
- Candidates should have a valid driving licence and be willing to travel within the region as required.

The Role
- Building and managing relationships with specifiers, architects, contractors, and merchants across the M62 corridor.
- Promoting, advising on, and testing our advanced screed range on live projects.
- Providing technical support and guidance to customers throughout the specification and installation process.
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities across the region.
