We are looking for a Regional Technical Support Engineer to provide expert support for Collins Aerospace wheel and brake customers across Europe.
What You Will Do
As a Regional Technical Support Engineer, you will be a trusted technical partner to airline and MRO customers, helping them resolve challenges, understand product performance and get the best from Collins Landing Systems technology. You will:
- Provide regional technical support for Collins Aerospace wheel and brake customers.
- Support airline and MRO customers with technical queries, operational issues, and product guidance.
- Help maintain the highest standards of customer support across technical sales, campaigns, retrofit activity, and competitions.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with customers through responsive, clear, and credible technical communication.
- Work closely with internal teams to support customer needs, product performance, and future opportunities.
- Act as a technical voice for Collins Landing Systems in the region, helping customers operate with confidence, safety, and efficiency.
- Support ongoing customer engagement by combining technical expertise with a strong service mindset.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the customer, solving practical technical problems, and representing world-class aerospace technology in the field.

Qualifications You Must Have
- Diploma in Aviation Maintenance, or equivalent academic and/or practical experience in aircraft mechanical, electrical, hydraulic systems, and/or powerplant.
- Minimum of four years’ experience in the design and/or maintenance of aircraft, aircraft systems, or aircraft appliances, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong technical communication skills.
- Ability to build trusted, long-standing customer relationships.
- Aircraft wheels, brakes, and landing gear experience would be considered an asset.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Ten years’ relevant experience.
- Previous exposure to airline maintenance activities.
- Technical familiarity with aircraft wheels, brakes, and landing gear.
- Experience working directly with airline or MRO customers.
