Space NK Regional Trainer
(5 days per week) South - Greater London
This just in - An incredibly exciting opportunity to join the team at Lisa Eldridge as a Space NK Regional Trainer! Join a fast-paced, founder-led beauty brand that values exceptional customer service, high-performing products, integrity, artistry and, of course, Lisa's un-dupable colours.
The Space NK Regional Trainer will be responsible for travelling across a designated region of Space NK stores in the South of the UK, delivering engaging brand and product training, coaching teams to drive sales performance and supporting key launches and events. You will ensure Space NK teams are equipped with the confidence, product knowledge and selling skills to represent the Lisa Eldridge brand to the highest standard.
Alongside your education responsibilities, you will own a regional sales target and drive sales growth through impactful coaching, in-store support and strong partnerships with Space NK management teams.
The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, lead by example and be passionate about developing others. This role requires strong artistry, excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt your coaching style to different stores. You will inspire teams, identify opportunities for growth and elevate performance through engaging education and support.
As a member of the Lisa Eldridge team, you'll focus on brand and product training within Space NK stores, while also delivering on-the-floor coaching to build confidence, strengthen selling behaviours and maximise customer engagement. You may also facilitate morning briefs, support launches and deliver artistry demonstrations where appropriate.
As the role involves regional travel, you must have a flexible schedule and be able to work weekends if required.

Job Role & Responsibilities
Sales Performance
- Create and maintain an environment focused on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Own and deliver a regional sales target, using education and coaching to drive commercial performance across your territory.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with Space NK store teams and management.
- Deliver engaging in-store training, one-to-one coaching and support during launches and events.
- Empower teams with product knowledge, artistry skills and selling techniques to maximise sales.
- Analyse store performance and identify opportunities to improve results and achieve brand objectives.
- Maintain merchandising standards and support stock management where required.
Customer Experience
- Act as an outstanding brand ambassador, educator and coach.
- Lead by example on the shop floor, demonstrating exceptional customer service and commercial selling behaviours.
- Ensure every customer leaves with a strong understanding of the Lisa Eldridge brand, products and values.
- Support CRM growth and customer loyalty through appointments, events and launches.
Training & Development
- Deliver onboarding, seasonal training and ongoing coaching across your region.
- Identify development opportunities and tailor training to the needs of each store and team.
- Partner with Retail and Commercial teams to ensure education supports business priorities and sales objectives.
Administration & Operations
- Ensure Health & Safety compliance and maintain outstanding hygiene and merchandising standards.
- Plan and manage your regional training schedule, completing daily and weekly reports and action plans following each store visit.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures with professionalism.
