The Team
Join our Regional Underwriting Team in London, focused on managing and expanding an existing Real Estate & property portfolio. Key traits include collaboration, risk assessment, and partnership with brokers and risk/portfolio managers (RDMs). Knowledge-sharing and mutual development are core to this teamâs successes.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and underwrite an existing Real Estate portfolio
- Build and nurture trusted relationships with brochers and RDMs
- Support portfolio performance, retention, and growth initiatives
- Assess risks and contribute to underwriting and trading decisions
- Develop market expertise in Londonâs Real Estate sector
What We Look For
Independent of perfect alignment, these qualities prepare you well for this role:
- Experience underwriting commercial property or Real Estate risks
- Understanding (or interest) in the London Real Estate broker market
- Collaborative mindset with demonstrable enjoyment working alongside others
- Confidence (or willingness) in broker interactions
- Organised, deliberate approach to problem-solving
- Professional ambitionârecognising potential to develop via CII qualifications
- Motivated, positive attitude towards learning and growth
