We are currently seeking an experienced Regional Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) to join our team and help ensure every vehicle is accurately assessed and efficiently processed for repair.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Carrying out detailed and accurate assessments of damaged vehicles using Audatex or similar systems
  • Preparing clear and cost-effective repair estimates in line with insurer and manufacturer guidelines
  • Working closely with the workshop, parts department, and customer service teams to ensure smooth repair processes
  • Communicating professionally with customers, insurers, and engineers regarding repair status and progress
  • Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and within required timeframes

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a VDA/Estimator role within the accident repair industry
  • ATA VDA accreditation (or working towards it)
  • Proficiency with Audatex and other estimating platforms
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A detail-oriented individual who values accuracy, efficiency, and professional integrity
