About the role Reporting to our Executive Vice President, Sales, the Regional Vice President, Enterprise Sales is responsible for leading one of Bullhorn's most strategically important areas of the business as we continue our evolution from a SaaS provider into an AI-powered software company. This role combines enterprise sales leadership, strategic account growth, organisational transformation, and executive stakeholder management. You will lead a team responsible for both strategic account growth and enterprise sales opportunities, whilst building deep relationships with some of the largest staffing and recruitment organisations in the world. This is a highly visible leadership role with significant influence across the business. You'll work closely with senior leaders, shape the future direction of the UKI Enterprise organisation, and help define how we continue to grow during a period of transformation and opportunity. A typical day will include... Building trusted relationships with CEOs, founders, board members, and executive stakeholders across key customers and prospects Acting as an executive sponsor for some of Bullhorn's largest and most strategic customer relationships Driving retention, expansion, and net-new revenue growth across a substantial enterprise portfolio Leading Executive Business Reviews (EBRs), steering committees, executive briefings, and strategic planning sessions Building Bullhorn's presence in the market through executive networking, industry events, speaking engagements, and thought leadership Supporting the ongoing transformation of the UKI Enterprise business, helping shape its structure, strategy, and future direction Managing complex customer situations, mitigating risk, and driving alignment across internal and external stakeholders Leading, coaching, and developing a team responsible for strategic account growth and enterprise sales activities Partnering closely with Product, Customer Success, Professional Services, Marketing, and Sales leaders to deliver customer outcomes This role will be a fit for you if... You are comfortable building credibility quickly with senior executives and establishing trusted relationships at C-suite level You have a proven track record of delivering customer retention, expansion revenue, and net-new business growth You have successfully led teams through periods of business transformation, organisational change, or significant growth You have experience developing and implementing change strategies that improve business performance and team effectiveness You are a highly visible leader who can create alignment, build trust, and inspire confidence during periods of change You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach and enjoy building, improving, and scaling teams and functions You have experience leading enterprise sales, strategic account management, customer growth, or revenue teams within a SaaS business You have experience operating within scale-up, high-growth, or transformational business environments You have a strong understanding of AI and the impact it is having on software businesses and customer expectations Bonus points for... You have experience within the staffing, recruitment, workforce technology, or HR technology sectors You have acted as a visible industry leader through speaking engagements, customer forums, advisory boards, or industry events You have experience leading enterprise businesses through significant periods of transformation or change You have managed complex strategic accounts with multiple stakeholders, business units, and executive sponsors What we offer...
