Regional Vice President - AI Infrastructure

(London)

We're partnering with one of the fastest-growing AI infrastructure companies in the world.

The company sits at the centre of one of the biggest shifts in enterprise software today - AI is writing more code than ever before - the problem? Someone still needs to ensure that code is secure, performant and production-ready.

That's exactly the category this business has created. Its AI-powered platform has become the independent quality layer for enterprise software development - working seamlessly across every major AI coding assistant rather than being tied to a single model or ecosystem.

As AI-generated code explodes, demand for trusted, enterprise-grade code review is growing even faster.

Why now?

The numbers are exceptional.

  • Revenue has exploded over the last 18 months;
  • More than 8,000 enterprise customers globally.
  • Targeting $100M ARR next.
  • 900% YoY growth.
  • Backed by some of the world's best investors, including with another major funding round expected to further accelerate global expansion.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

This isn't a business searching for product-market fit - it's scaling a category.

Why this opportunity?

This is a genuine opportunity to help build the EMEA enterprise business almost from the ground up.

  • You'll recruit, coach and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives,
  • Shape the go-to-market strategy,
  • Build the operating cadence and establish the culture for one of the most exciting AI infrastructure companies in the market.

You'll partner closely with an executive leadership team that has built and scaled high-growth enterprise software organisations before, giving you genuine influence over the direction of the business rather than simply executing someone else's playbook.

Who we're looking for:

We're looking for a builder. A first-line leader who has recruited exceptional Enterprise AEs, created high-performance cultures and understands how to scale teams in fast-growth enterprise software businesses.

  • You are used to selling to technical buying personas - Databricks, Snowflake, MongoDB, Confluent, HashiCorp, Harness, Wiz, Vercel or similar.

Most importantly, you'll be excited by the opportunity to build rather than inherit.

If you're looking for a role where you can genuinely influence the trajectory of a future category leader and rise through the ranks fast, this is a great role for you.
