About us
Assembly Coffee is an independent specialty roaster based in London. We exist to push the boundaries of how coffee is experienced, appreciated and communicated while working with some of the UK's most progressive cafés, restaurants and hospitality operators.
Our approach is collaborative and purposeful. We believe innovation should create real value, not novelty, and we're driven to set new benchmarks for how speciality coffee can deliver both quality and impact. From our partners in hospitality to the communities we source from, we invest in relationships that are long-term, transparent and mutually beneficial.
At Assembly, we combine rigour and creativity in equal measure. We're a team that values clarity, respect and excellence, and we aim to lead the industry by showing what's possible when ambition is paired with integrity.
About the role
We're looking for a Regional Wholesale Manager to represent Assembly across the UK regions outside London, building and developing partnerships with some of the country's most progressive independent cafés, restaurants and hospitality operators.
As the face of Assembly in your region, you'll be responsible for growing our wholesale presence through a combination of new business development, relationship management and strategic account growth. You'll work closely with existing partners to strengthen relationships, while identifying and developing new opportunities that support Assembly's continued expansion.
This is a role with significant ownership and autonomy. You'll be responsible for shaping the strategy, managing your regional pipeline and delivering against ambitious growth targets, while working closely with the wider wholesale, marketing and operational teams to ensure we continue to deliver a consistent Assembly experience.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
