Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance, Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc... allowed, Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.)

Working shift pattern: Double Days shift - Monday Friday (1 week on early shift, followed by 1 week on late shifts)

Description
Responsibilities:
Setting up and operating bulking and/or aseptic filling lines in line with SOPs Manufacturing pharmaceutical products following Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) Performing manufacturing, filling, and packaging activities in compliance with cGMP Supporting equipment set-up, start-ups, changeovers, and cleaning to minimise downtime and waste Monitoring equipment performance and reporting faults or issues Maintaining cleanroom environments and equipment to regulatory standards Performing Clean In Place (CIP) and Steam In Place (SIP) activities Operating airlocks, autoclaves, and automated cleaning systems Supporting investigations into non-conformance and quality events Contributing to validation projects and new product introduction Using SAP and quality systems for GMP documentation and reporting Carrying out basic equipment maintenance

Requirements:
Experience in a pharmaceutical or regulated environment (MHRA/FDA) Cleanroom experience, with aseptic manufacturing knowledge desirable Experience in spray drying, GMP powder manufacturing, or powder filling is advantageous Strong English and Maths skills, with a scientific background (e.g., A-Levels) preferred Equivalent experience in a science-based discipline will also be considered Strong teamwork, communication, and organisational skills Experience with Lean / Continuous Improvement methodologies Familiarity with HMI-driven pharmaceutical systems Aseptic block license (desirable but not essential)
