Flexibility is non-negotiable: Availability must cover weekends, evening shifts, and busy periods when retail hums.
Your Role and Responsibilities
Create seamlessly interactive experiences that turn casual browsers into loyal photography fans:
- Sales Excellence
- Guide customers towards the perfect solution – whether it’s processing and enhancement, print kits, or vintage film.
- Customer Engagement
- Ask the right questions to truly understand their vision, then present options that dazzle them.
- Product Expertise
- Become the store’s go-to for photography knowledge—inspire customers with your insights.
- Speak (Brightly!) for Sunshine
- Product demos and on-floor consultations should spark discovery, builds connections, spark creativity.
- Crispers, Clearer: Upsell with Confidence
- Anticipate bundles customers could love—so exiting the register means victories.
- Pontoons of Placement
- Sales hubs, displays, and visuals reflect our pulse of the market – get them eye-catching, simple, and cohesive.
