Salary £14.80ph + 15% bonus annually

Are you passionate about photography and ready to turn your enthusiasm into a dynamic role? As one of our Team Members, your role will be key in helping the business to achieve sales targets whilst delivering outstanding customer service. As a Brand Ambassador for our store, you will play a pivotal role in engaging with our community of photography lovers, enhancing their shopping experience, and ultimately driving sales.

All our Team Members need flexibility in their available hours; this includes weekends and working additional hours at our busiest trading times.

Your Role And Responsibilities

  • Sales Excellence: Guide customers in finding the perfect photography products and services tailored to their needs.
  • Customer Engagement: Connect with customers to comprehend their requirements and recommend solutions that best match their aspirations.
  • Product Expertise: Ensure customers are well-informed and engaged with our product range throughout their shopping journey.
  • Store Presentation: Maintain an organized, clean, and demonstration-ready store environment to enhance customer experience.
  • Dynamic Demonstrations: Create engaging product demonstrations that captivate and inspire customers towards making a purchase.
  • Strategic Upselling: Focus on understanding customer needs to offer comprehensive solutions that encourage purchasing across our product range.
  • Promotional Visibility: Guarantee that promotions are prominently displayed, and point-of-sale materials are accurate and appealing.
  • Industry Insight: Keep abreast of product knowledge, trends, and competitor activities to provide customers with expert advice.
