- Providing in-depth knowledge of the brand and our products
- Communicating clearly and effectively with:

What You’ll Ideally Bring To The Role
- A passion for premium or luxury product
- Previous customer-facing experience
- The ability to see situations through the customer’s perspective
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and high standards of delivery
- Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Experience working in a fast-paced retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and decision-making abilities
- A team player mindset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
