The role
We’re looking for a Registered Nurse to join our day team, working 36 hours per week.

You’ll play a key clinical role on shift, delivering person-centred nursing care while supporting and guiding care colleagues. You’ll have the trust and autonomy to lead with confidence, backed by a supportive management team and a stable, experienced staff group.
You'll need to be able to get to the home independently as our public transport links aren't brilliant.
Please note that sponsorship is not available for this role, and applicants will need to evidence their right to work in the UK during the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Delivering high-quality, compassionate nursing care
- Completing clinical assessments and personalised care plans
- Leading by example and supporting colleagues on shift
- Ensuring care meets CQC standards and best practice
- Building positive relationships with residents and families
About You
You’ll be a Registered Nurse who values people as much as process.
You’ll Bring
- At least two years’ experience as a Registered Nurse
- Experience working with older people in a social care or healthcare setting
- A good understanding of CQC standards
- Confidence to lead, organise and make sound clinical decisions
- Strong communication and basic IT skills
- A flexible, team-focused approach
