Registered Architect - Edmonton, AB
We’re looking for a passionate Architect and project leader.
A finder, minder, and grinder. An architect with a clear vision of the future of the industry, that can manage projects with integrity and purpose.
This position is based out of our downtown studio in Edmonton, AB.

Apply with evidence you meet the following mandatory pre-qualification criteria:
- 5 - 10 years of experience since being registered, with a mix of Commercial, Educational, Healthcare, Heritage, Multi-Family, and Mixed-Use projects.
- Currently registered with Alberta Association of Architects (AAA), or proof of imminent reciprocity.
- Demonstrated ability to work hands-on, using collaborative digital workflows (3D deliverables within Revit, and BIM360).
- Demonstrated ability to generate over $150,000 in net revenue annually through business development efforts including preparation of fee letters and proposals.
In addition, the ideal candidate will have the ability to:
- Learn, adopt, and adapt quickly.
- Use lean principles and critical thinking that challenges established practices to solve problems, drive action and expedite appropriate results.
- Initiate and foster relationships with private and public sector clients.
- Lead a growing team on $50K-$50M (construction value) projects from commencement to completion, including ownership of scope, timeline, and budget.
- Fluently speak the technical language required to successfully navigate projects through the various requirements set out by clients, collaborators, applicable codes, and authorities having jurisdiction.
- Assist clients and colleagues in a transition away from 2D content/deliverables and toward 3D and digital fabrication (dFAB).
- Plan, organize, prioritize time, and communicate effectively.
