Registered Home Manager
Contract: Full Time - Perm
Hours: 37 hours per week
Pay: £77,625 per annum
Location: Newland Avenue, Bishops Stortford, CM23 2UW

We are seeking an experienced Registered Home Manager to lead our Hotel Styled Boutique feel Care Home in Bishop's Stortford, a contemporary luxury 78-bed residential home. Elm View Care Home is positioned as a modern, purpose-built care home with a strong focus on high-end facilities, hotel-style living, and personalised care.
As Home Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind Elm View— guiding your team to deliver exceptional care, building meaningful relationships with residents and families, and ensuring the home thrives as both a caring community and a successful business.

What You’ll Bring And Key Responsibilities
- Current or recent experience as a Registered Care Home Manager
- Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care
- Proven success in achieving Good or Outstanding CQC ratings
- Strong knowledge of dementia care and residential care standards
- Inspirational leadership and clear communication skills
- Understanding of compliance, safeguarding, and regulatory frameworks
- Commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and performance
- Experience with delivery of high-end luxury styled care provision management
- Above all, a compassionate, forward-thinking approach to care
