Caremark Portsmouth & Havant is seeking a Registered Care Manager to lead quality and compliance of our brand-new office in Portsmouth. Being a new office, you’ll have a fantastic opportunity to use your skills and experience to become a best-in-class provider, building from the ground up, with an excellent support structure from a national leading care provider behind you.

You will be fully supported by the business owner, as well as full backing from the franchisor who has more than 20 years of successful sector experience. The support team includes: a dedicated Quality Manager, Regional Support Manager, Training & Compliance team, IT & Rostering team and more. The infrastructure is there. What we need is the right Care Manager to bring it to life.

The Role

As our Registered Care Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered consistently
  • Ensuring compliance with CQC, Legislation and Industry Standards
  • Recruiting, developing and leading a care team that shares your values and commitment to excellence
  • Delivering training that genuinely prepares your team to provide outstanding care
  • Building strong relationships with customers, families, local authorities and agencies
  • Overseeing the smooth day-to-day running of the office, ensuring your team has everything they need to do their jobs brilliantly, whilst creating a culture where people choose to stay.

About You

You will have previous experience as a Registered Care Manager within a domiciliary care setting, along with an NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification. (We are accepting candidates with Level 3 and will fund Level 5 for the right candidate.)
