Registered Care Manager – Camberley, Farnborough & Fleet
Location: Camberley
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 (OTE £52,000)

Key Responsibilities
As Registered Care Manager, you will:
- Provide strong leadership to the care and office team, fostering a culture of safety and quality.
- Ensure the service meets CQC regulations and strives for an Outstanding rating.
- Oversee recruitment, training, supervision, and staff retention to build a thriving team.
- Build trusting relationships with clients, families, commissioners, and external professionals.
- Implement and maintain quality assurance programs, conducting audits and continuous improvement strategies.
- Drive sustainable growth, engaging the team in forward-thinking initiatives.
- Ensure person-centred care plans reflect individual needs, choices, and desired outcomes.

About You
You will bring:
- Experienced leadership as a Domiciliary Care Manager or Deputy Manager, ready to step into a senior role.
- A passion for high-quality home care, with confidence in teamm management and compliance.
- Values-driven compassion, with a commitment to continuous improvement and dignity-first approaches.
- Held or aspiring to attain a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care.
