Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a care management or leadership role within the health and social care sector.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to grow and develop services.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
- A compassionate, client-focused approach, with a deep understanding of person-centred care.
- Registered Manager's qualification or willingness to work towards it.
- A genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of others.
