Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in a care management or leadership role within the health and social care sector.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to grow and develop services.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
  • A compassionate, client-focused approach, with a deep understanding of person-centred care.
  • Registered Manager's qualification or willingness to work towards it.
  • A genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of others.
