Registered Care Manager – Hounslow and Richmond
£38,000 - £42,000 per annum + Performance Incentives

Lead a High-Quality Home Care Service
Heritage Healthcare Hounslow and Richmond is seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Care Manager to lead and develop our domiciliary care service.
This is an excellent opportunity for a strong care leader who is passionate about delivering outstanding care, supporting staff development and maintaining high standards of regulatory compliance.
As Registered Care Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership of the service, ensuring clients receive safe, effective and person-centred care while maintaining compliance with CQC regulations and supporting the continued success of the branch.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the Registered Manager for the service
- Maintain compliance with CQC regulations and standards
- Lead safe, high-quality care delivery across the branch
- Recruit, develop and support care and office teams
- Oversee safeguarding, complaints, incidents and investigations
- Maintain effective governance, auditing and quality assurance systems
- Ensure safe recruitment, induction, supervision and competency processes
- Monitor service performance and implement continuous improvements
- Build positive relationships with clients, families, professionals and stakeholders
- Promote a positive culture focused on quality, dignity and person-centred care

What We’re Looking For
We are seeking an experienced leader who can combine strong operational management with a commitment to delivering outstanding care.
You will have:
- Experience managing a domiciliary care service
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations and inspection requirements
- Experience leading teams and managing service performance
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Sound knowledge of safeguarding and governance processes
- Ability to manage risk and drive continuous improvement
- Strong organisational and decision-making abilities
Essential Requirements
- Right to work in the UK
- Ability to satisfy CQC Registered Manager fitness requirements
- Strong understanding of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 regulated activity framework
- Experience managing regulated care services
- Ability to evidence safe recruitment, supervision and workforce management practices

Desirable Qualifications & Experience
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards)
- Previous Registered Manager experience
- Strong inspection preparation and quality improvement experience
- Service growth or turnaround experience
- Experience within domiciliary or community care services
