Registered Care Manager

Registered Care Manager - Home Care

Location: Watford and Borehamwood

Contract: Full-Time

Salary: £40,000 – £45,000

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Radfield Home Care service in Watford & Borehamwood, driving success and growth by:

  • Promoting the right working environment
  • Maintaining high standards
  • Ensuring quality care for clients

You’ll be ensuring that:

  • Our care professionals receive the support they need
  • Our clients receive the care that’s right for them

You’ll thrive in a busy, dynamic environment where no two days are ever the same. You’ll be a true people person, with a proven track record of:

  • Recruiting, managing, and developing teams
  • Previous experience working for a home care provider is a preference

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this role.

Experience in roles such as care home manager, deputy manager, or care manager is highly desirable.
