Description

Registered Children's Home Manager

Location:Morecambe, Lancashire Salary: Up to £55,000 (DOE) + KPI bonus up to £8,500 Hours: full time, Monday to Friday (permanent contract)

We’re looking for a Registered Children's Home Manager to join our dedicated team and lead one of our nurturing, high-quality EBD homes.

Our Morecambe home is a solo service, offering a smaller, safe and nurturing place for 6 to 18-year-olds with complex behavioural, emotional, and social needs.

For this role, we need someone who has: Level 3 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (essential) Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (highly desirable) A minimum 2 years in a position relevant to residential care of children (essential) A minimum of 12 months experience in a managerial/senior/team leader/supervisory role within care In depth knowledge of relevant legislation, best practice and regulatory expectations, such as Ofsted regulations (essential) Successful employment is subject to satisfactory Full Enhanced Disclosure, right to work and reference checks in line with government regulations and Safer Recruitment Practices.
