💷 £50,000 - £65,000 per annum + Bonus & Benefits
🕒 Full Time | 35-40 Hours | 1 Day Working from Home
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Children's Home Manager to lead a 3-bed EBD children's home supporting children and young people aged 8-17.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate leader who is committed to delivering outstanding care, achieving positive outcomes for young people, and driving excellence in a residential setting.
The Role
As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and day-to-day management of the home, ensuring it operates in line with Ofsted regulations and delivers the highest standards of care.

Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing a high-performing residential care team.
- Ensuring safeguarding remains at the heart of everything you do.
- Maintaining compliance with the Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015 and Ofsted Quality Standards.
- Overseeing care planning, risk assessments and behaviour support plans.
- Managing budgets, staffing and the overall performance of the home.
- Building strong relationships with local authorities, families and external professionals.
- Driving continuous improvement with the aim of achieving Outstanding outcomes.
About You
To be considered, you'll have:
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
- At least 2 years' experience within a children's residential setting at Deputy Manager level or above.
- Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and Children's Homes Quality Standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- A genuine passion for improving the lives of children and young people.
