As a Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) with Denali Health, you’ll help patients: ✔ Navigate nutrition challenges with evidence-based guidance ✔ Receive compassionate coaching and practical strategies for long-term success ✔ Empower patients to make informed, sustainable decisions about their health

Key Responsibilities
1. Provide Nutrition Counseling & Education
- Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments via telehealth
- Develop personalised nutrition care plans based on:
- Patient goals
- Medical history
- Lifestyle factors
- Offer:
- Ongoing nutrition counselling
- Education on:
- Nutrition principles
- Disease prevention
- Weight management
- Healthy lifestyle practices
- Monitor patient progress and adjust recommendations as needed

2. Support Patient Success
- Build strong, trusting relationships through:

3. Maintain Documentation & Quality Standards
- Accurately document patient encounters
- Comply with:
- Company standards
- Applicable regulations
- Utilise:
- Telehealth platforms
- Electronic documentation systems
- Stay updated on:
- Evidence-based nutrition guidelines
- Emerging best practices
- Collaborate with:
- Physicians
- Nurses
- Health coaches
- Other healthcare professionals when needed
Who You Are (Must-Haves)
- Passionate about nutrition and its impact on health
- Excellent communicator and educator, skilled at clarifying complex concepts
- Empathetic, patient-centred, and supportive
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Organised, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Adaptable and proficient with technology
- Motivated to build strong relationships and improve patient outcomes
Qualifications
- Active Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential in good standing
- Bachelor’s degree in:
- Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field
- Experience providing:
- Nutrition counselling
- Patient education
- Strong:
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable internet connection with a dedicated home office setup
- Proficiency with:
- Telehealth platforms
- Electronic documentation systems

- Master’s degree in:

- Telehealth/virtual nutrition experience
