About the Role

At Eden Court, a deluxe retirement village in Battersea (SW11), we offer 28 luxury independent apartments along with an award-winning 71-bedded nursing, residential, and dementia care facility.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our team. This presents an opportunity to contribute to the highest standards of clinical care in residential and dementia-related support settings. While this role primarily comprises day shifts, flexibility to cover night shifts when needed will be required.

Working alongside experienced care assistants, this position offers full training and opportunities for professional development in a nurturing person-centred care environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional clinical care across all resident and dementia care pathways
  • Ensure adherence to NMC Code of Conduct and regulatory practices in a caring, compassionate manner
  • Maintain a resident-centred approach while working collaboratively with the care team
  • Support continuous professional development through training and mentorship

Essential Requirements

  • Valid **active NMC Registration with a PIN number
  • Proven experience in clinical practice (management/supervisory experience desired)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Sound knowledge of NMC Code of Conduct and Person-Centred Care principles
  • Recent practice in Palliative Care desirable (particularly in End-of-Life scenarios)

Desirable Experience

✅ Minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience in a:

  • Residential/nursing setting
  • NHS care environment
