Registered General Nurse- INTERNAL

Nursing Post – Outpatients Department

Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • The assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of evidence-based nursing care
  • Working collaboratively and co-operatively with others to meet the needs of patients and their families
  • Assisting in the management and organisation of their clinical area
  • Participating in the education, development, and supervision of other staff members
  • Contributing to a Maxillo-Facial specialty (an interest is advantageous)

Key Responsibilities

A well-motivated, conscientious nurse is sought for a busy Outpatients Department. The post will allow the individual to enhance existing clinical knowledge in a varied setting. By nature of the role, a good communicator is essential, and an interest in Health Promotion is desirable.

  • Good people management and interpersonal skills are essential
  • A willingness to develop and practice new skills, and an ability to manage change is essential

Qualifications

✅ Essential:

  • Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
  • Diploma/Degree in General Nursing

Experience

✅ Essential:

  • Substantial clinical nursing experience
