About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- The assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of evidence-based nursing care
- Working collaboratively and co-operatively with others to meet the needs of patients and their families
- Assisting in the management and organisation of their clinical area
- Participating in the education, development, and supervision of other staff members
- Contributing to a Maxillo-Facial specialty (an interest is advantageous)
Key Responsibilities
A well-motivated, conscientious nurse is sought for a busy Outpatients Department. The post will allow the individual to enhance existing clinical knowledge in a varied setting. By nature of the role, a good communicator is essential, and an interest in Health Promotion is desirable.

Core Requirements
- Good people management and interpersonal skills are essential
- A willingness to develop and practice new skills, and an ability to manage change is essential
- The ability to speak Welsh is desirable, though both Welsh and English-speaking applicants are equally welcome to apply

Qualifications
✅ Essential:
- Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
- Diploma/Degree in General Nursing
Experience
✅ Essential:
- Substantial clinical nursing experience
