About the Role

We’re seeking a proactive, passionate, and ambitious Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a valid PIN, to help us create the best person-centred care environment for our residents at Stanton Court, our beautifully maintained Nursing & Residential Home in Stanton Drew, just 8 miles south of Bristol & Bath.

Whether you work nights, you’ll join a dedicated team led by Home Manager Wendy, who fosters a true home-from-home, family atmosphere—because our residents deserve no less.

Key Responsibilities

As part of our nursing team, you’ll be a highly skilled, kind and supportive professional, focused on:

  • Making critical clinical decisions
  • Designing and maintaining personalised care plans
  • Safely administering:
    • Medications
    • Dressings
    • Medical condition management
  • Ensuring safe, empowering care delivery through close support and collaboration with colleagues.

About You

Core Requirements

  • Qualified RGN with a valid PIN (to demonstrate currency)
  • Passion for premium, compassionate care
  • Excellent clinical knowledge with a drive to stay updated
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to nurture relationships with residents and their families
  • Experience in mentoring others while remaining self-improving
  • Quiet resilience in fast-paced, high-stakes environments
