A fantastic new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Registered Nurse to join one of the UK’s leading healthcare providers in an exceptional nursing home located in Chickerell, Weymouth.
This highly-rated nursing home specialises in:
- General nursing
- Dementia care
- Residential and respite care
- Support for the elderly
The home is currently rated Good by the Care Quality Commission.
About the Role
To be considered, you must be:
- A qualified Registered Nurse with an active NMC Pin.

- Accurately assessing residents’ needs and prioritising care requirements
- Administering all medications and treatments within NMC guidelines and company policy
- Ensuring care plans are completed, maintained, and reviewed with:
- Residents
- Relatives
- Other healthcare professionals
- Monitoring residents’ health and coordinating GP/professional visits when necessary
Preferred Skills & Experience
Ideal candidates will have:
- Proven experience in a care setting
- Strong empathy and understanding of elderly residents’ needs
- Exceptional time management and leadership skills
- A proactive "can-do" attitude
- Ability to work successfully as part of a team
