Role Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead and oversee our care services, ensuring full compliance with CQC standards and embedding a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation. The Registered Manager will provide effective leadership to both care and office teams, oversee care packages and staff rotas, and build and maintain strong professional relationships with families, healthcare professionals, and local authorities. The role includes responsibility for delivering the service improvement plan, completing monthly audits, and ensuring high standards of care are consistently achieved and maintained.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring ongoing compliance with Care Quality Commission requirements, safeguarding standards, and relevant legislation.
- Leading, motivating, and developing both care and administrative teams.
- Overseeing recruitment, induction, training, and performance management.
- Managing care packages, staff allocation, and rotas.
- Implementing and monitoring the service improvement plan.
- Carrying out monthly audits to maintain quality, compliance, and effective risk management.
- Liaising closely with families, healthcare professionals, and social services.
- Monitoring budgets and service performance.
- Producing accurate operational reports.
- Investigating complaints, safeguarding concerns, and incidents promptly and professionally.
- Supporting the safe and compliant growth of the service.
Skills And Experience
- Fully registered with the CQC.
- Demonstrable experience in a senior management role within domiciliary or residential care.
- Strong working knowledge of CQC standards, safeguarding requirements, and relevant legislation.
- Proven experience leading teams and managing operational performance.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, staff, and service delivery effectively.
- Experience in implementing service improvement plans and completing audits.
