Registered Manager- Children's Home (PMLD) & Partnership SEND School

Location: Kidderminster

Salary: Up to £55,000 (+£5,000 Welcome Bonus)

Bonus: 21% Annual Bonus

Welcome to apply: CQC or Ofsted Registered Managers

Keys are opening an exciting new home in partnership with a SEND School. Our home & school will collaborate together on a shared approach across the school day. This will support Children & Young People who struggle with the transition from home to education.

This partnership gives Children & Young People consistency every single day. With communication, engagement, therapy, and care all reinforcing one another.

As this is a brand new development for Keys Group, this is a really great opportunity to shape a culture and practice across a home & SEND school together from day one!

About your home:

  • Residential Children’s home for 5 young people with moderate to severe learning disabilities and Autism.
  • Children receive 1:1 support at a minimum, with staffing levels adjusted during school hours to support the on-site school.
  • Children will attend our on-site SEND school, which supports up to 10 children living in our residential homes.

What you'll be doing:

  • Be the voice and advocate for both your team and the children, creating a home where safety, respect, and aspirations thrive.
  • Empower your team to deliver therapeutic, child-centered care that leads to real, lasting outcomes.
  • Oversee all operational aspects, including safeguarding, care planning, compliance, and team development.
  • Mentor and develop staff, cultivating future leaders through coaching, supervision, and training (including QCF Level 3 facilitation).
  • Lead service development, budget management, and continuous improvement across all areas of home performance.
  • Work closely with the head teacher and team at the adjoining school to ensure a seamless experience for our young people.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
