Job Title: Registered Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive, dynamic Registered Manager to join a team of extraordinary individuals who achieve fantastic successes. In this role, you will:

  • Oversee care delivery within our service.
  • Manage and supervise the staff team.
  • Ensure the highest standards of care.
  • Liaise with the CQC and continuously monitor the clinical needs of our service users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulation of support plans.
  • Writing residential core assessments, pathway plans, and other competent reports for external professionals where necessary.
  • Direct work with people we support and their families, as part of family support initiatives, to assess risks, strengths, and viability of community living.
  • Day-to-day running of projects, policies, procedures, finance, and all administration involved (including budgeting and record-keeping).
  • Managing and working with set budgets.
  • Maintaining up-to-date manual and electronic records and databases.

Requirements

To be considered for this Registered Manager role, you will need:

  • A clear enhanced DBS record.
  • Experience within Social Services and Local Authorities.
  • A health & social care degree and/or management qualification within the healthcare sector—or an equivalent.
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of CQC regulations and current legislations.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Full UK Driving Licence (desirable).
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar managerial role.
