Job Title: Registered Manager
About the Role
At Liaise, we are inspired by our values of Positive, Progressive, and Personal support and we are looking for a Registered Manager who believes in our vision to ensure that every person we support leads a happy, purposeful life.
We are seeking a proactive, dynamic Registered Manager to join a team of extraordinary individuals who achieve fantastic successes. In this role, you will:
- Oversee care delivery within our service.
- Manage and supervise the staff team.
- Ensure the highest standards of care.
- Liaise with the CQC and continuously monitor the clinical needs of our service users.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulation of support plans.
- Writing residential core assessments, pathway plans, and other competent reports for external professionals where necessary.
- Direct work with people we support and their families, as part of family support initiatives, to assess risks, strengths, and viability of community living.
- Day-to-day running of projects, policies, procedures, finance, and all administration involved (including budgeting and record-keeping).
- Managing and working with set budgets.
- Maintaining up-to-date manual and electronic records and databases.

Requirements
To be considered for this Registered Manager role, you will need:
- A clear enhanced DBS record.
- Experience within Social Services and Local Authorities.
- A health & social care degree and/or management qualification within the healthcare sector—or an equivalent.
- Sound knowledge and understanding of CQC regulations and current legislations.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence (desirable).
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar managerial role.
