Aspris Children’s Services – Manager Opportunity
At Aspris Children’s Services, we are searching for the right person to join us in our North West region through the next exciting phase of its development.
About the Role
Based in Preston, our Children's homes are homely residential care services for young people with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties, and learning difficulties. Within the homes, we nurture young people in developing key life skills, with the aim to enable them to live within the community as independently as possible.
The young people we support are empowered to achieve their goals, including supporting them in accessing therapy and education services. This is a fantastic role and opportunity to shape and change their lives in a safe, caring, loving and family environment. We are looking for someone to be the spark, utilising the support of the wider Aspris Group to develop and inspire both our staff and our young people to achieve their full potential.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
