Registered Manager
Location: Birmingham
Salary: Up to £47,000
Bonus: Annual Bonus 21%
CQC Rating: "Good"
We're looking for an experienced Registered Manager within Complex Care who brings more than just experience- someone who leads with integrity, humility, and a deep understanding of what outstanding care truly looks like.
You'll be overseeing the operations of our 12 bed home. This service supports people with very varied needs, from Mental Health and Autism to some Brain Injuries. We have a full staff team, and don't use any agency to staff our home. The people we support have brilliant relationships with our team and one another.
We Are Looking For a Manager Who Is
- Experienced in a leadership role within Residential Care
- Committed to supporting people to live lifestyles of their choosing
- Has broad experience of managing people, service and quality within an ABI or Complex Needs setting
- Demonstrates positive values
- Able to promote and maintain independence, choice and respect
- Excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiative
- Good awareness of CQQ legislation, updates, changes and best practice
- Holds or is working towards a Level 5 Qualification
