Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum + Performance Bonus

About the Role
As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, performance and regulatory compliance of our domiciliary care service.
Working closely with the team, you will ensure we continue to deliver safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led services while creating an environment where both customers and colleagues can thrive.

You'll champion a culture built on compassion, accountability and excellence, driving quality improvement whilst maintaining outstanding relationships with customers, families, healthcare professionals, commissioners and community partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operation of the service.
- Maintain full compliance with CQC regulations and Bluebird Care standards.
- Drive quality assurance, governance and continuous improvement.
- Recruit, develop and retain an exceptional care team.
- Inspire, coach and support Team Leaders, Coordinators and Care Professionals.
- Build strong relationships with local authorities, NHS professionals and other stakeholders.
- Ensure safe staffing, effective rota management and efficient service delivery.
- Oversee safeguarding, incident management, complaints and risk management.
- Monitor business performance, occupancy, growth and customer satisfaction.
- Promote a positive, values-led culture where people feel recognised, supported and empowered.
About You
We're looking for someone who combines operational excellence with genuine compassion.
You will have:
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within domiciliary care.
- NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or be actively working towards it).
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, legislation and best practice.
- A proven ability to lead, motivate and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent organisational, communication and decision-making skills.
- Experience managing quality, compliance and safeguarding.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to support sustainable service growth.
- Confidence in building lasting relationships with customers, families and professional partners.
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
