Registered Manager - 3 bedded Children's Residential Home
Location: Chipping, Preston
Salary: £55,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time, Permanent
Shifts: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm with flexibility

Brook Street Social Care, in proud partnership with a respected children's residential care provider in Chipping, Preston, is recruiting for an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to join their compassionate and expanding team.
About The Role
As a Registered Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting young people with EBD needs in a safe, children centred and structured environment. You will offer support with a team of residential support workers, ensuring the highest quality of care is consistently delivered while promoting positive outcomes for the children and young people in your care.

We Are Looking For
- A minimum of 2 years in a position relevant to the residential care of children (within the last 5 years)
- At least 1 year in a role requiring the supervision and management of staff working in a care role
- Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People/Residential Childcare
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) or equivalent - or working towards
- Candidates that hold a full, UK driving licence
Requirements
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) - essential
- Previous experience in a senior or team leader role within a children's residential setting
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- A genuine passion for making a difference in young people's lives
- Ability to work flexibly.
