An established and growing homecare provider is looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead and develop its domiciliary care service in Essex

The Opportunity
As Registered Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the service, ensuring outstanding care is delivered while driving quality, compliance and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the operational management of a high-quality domiciliary care service.
- Complete client consultations, care assessments and personalised care planning.
- Ensure exceptional, person-centred care is delivered consistently across the service.
- Maintain full CQC compliance and uphold the highest standards of governance.
- Recruit, mentor and develop a motivated and compassionate care team.
- Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, commissioners and local stakeholders.
- Manage service quality, client satisfaction and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support the continued growth and development of the branch.

About You
We’re looking for someone who leads by example and is passionate about providing outstanding care.
You’ll Ideally Have
- Experience as a Registered Manager, or significant experience as a Deputy Manager looking to progress.
- A strong understanding of CQC regulations and adult social care legislation.
- A genuine passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
- Excellent leadership, coaching and team development skills.
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
- A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to support service growth.
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
- Willingness to complete an enhanced DBS check.
