Registered Manager - Basford
Location: Nottingham, NG5 1JZ Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday–Friday, with flexibility to meet service needs) Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum (depending on experience and qualifications)

About the Role: Registered Manager
As Registered Manager, you’ll take ownership of a singular home or a portfolio of services to:
- Deliver excellent care standards
- Champion high-performing team performance
- Ensure regulatory compliance
- Drive sustainable service delivery

Key Responsibilities: reporting to the Area Operations Manager, you’ll collaborate with:
- Colleagues
- Families
- Commissioners
- Other stakeholders
Priority Focus Areas:
- Quality – Deliver outstanding care, support, and governance.
- People – Inspire, mentor, and build high-performing teams.
- Performance – Optimise resource management for sustainable success.
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Proven management experience within adult social care.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
- A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Adult Care (or willingness to obtain it).
- In-depth knowledge of social care legislation and regulatory standards.
- Direct experience supporting individuals with:
- Learning disabilities
- Mental health conditions
- Acquired brain injuries
- Budget management expertise.
- Experience in rota and performance management.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities.
- Track record of driving quality and compliance via audits and action planning.

- Familiarity with therapeutic and non-aversive support approaches.
- Full UK driving licence.
