Registered Children's Home Manager – Make a Real Difference

Location: Stoke-on-Trent

Salary: Up to £55,000 (DOE) + Bonus up to £8,500

We’re looking for a Registered Children's Home Manager to join our dedicated team and lead one of our nurturing, high-quality EBD homes. This is more than just a job – it’s a chance to shape futures and be part of something truly meaningful.

What We Are Looking For

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare
  • A minimum 2 years in a position relevant to residential care of children
  • A compassionate, resilient leader who thrives on making a difference
