Registered Manager - Children's Homes
Registered Manager – 7 Bed Children’s Home (Total Package: Up to £60,364 – £73,808 per annum)

As a Registered Manager, you’ll ensure that the home environment is secure, safe, and motivating for both staff and young people. Every small win matters!
We support young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs (SEMH), creating the best possible outcomes for them. Our holistic approach—backed by psychologists, occupational therapists, and clinical teams—helps us deliver the most joined-up SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) service in the sector.
Your Responsibilities
Here’s what you’ll do to make a real difference:
- Manage day-to-day operations in a 7-bed children’s home, ensuring high-quality care.
- Own Ofsted compliance, maintaining and improving standards of care.
- Engage with new referrals, giving young people stability and pathways to adulthood.
- ** Lead a diverse, dedicated team**, fostering a supportive culture where every member of staff and young person thrives.
What We Offer You (Beyond an Exceptional Salary)

- Base Salary: £51,331 – £63,553 for a 6-7 bed home
- Financial Incentives:
- Bonus: 10% of salary (reviewed annually)
- £2,500 on-call bonus (~ 10 weekends/year)
- Attendance allowance: £1,400
- 30% long-term incentive bonus (accredited yearly, paid out as a lump sum at a later date)

About the Role: Bring Your Whole Self
You’ll be joining the UK’s most trusted special education and care provider—assuming responsibility for up to 7 beds, you’ll create stability for some of the country’s most vulnerable young people.
Experience & Attributes
We want leaders who are as enthusiastic as they are capable: ✔ Proven ability to manage a 5-7 bed Ofsted-rated Good/Outstanding children’s home ✔ A leader with deep passion for making a tangible difference in children’s lives. ✔ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (England) ✔ Full, irreversible UK driving licence (held for at least 12 months)
