🏠 Registered Manager – Children's Residential (EBD) – Reopening Service

📍 London, NW1
💰 £52,000 basic (up to £58,600 with bonuses)
🚗 Company car or £3,000 travel allowance

Area Camden has held Good and Outstanding Ofsted ratings since 2014, and we're opening a new solo children's home in London. We need an experienced Registered Manager to lead it from day one, supporting young people aged 9 to 17 with complex emotional and behavioural needs.

This isn't a home that already runs on rails. You're building the culture, the team and the standards from scratch, backed by an operator with a genuinely established track record rather than a startup taking a first swing at it. If you want ownership rather than inheriting someone else's way of doing things, this is that role.

💷 What's in it

  • £52,000 basic salary
  • Realistic earning potential up to £58,600
  • Company car or £3,000 annual travel allowance
  • £300 per month full occupancy bonus
  • Ofsted bonus: £3,000 for Outstanding, £1,500 for Good
  • 32 days annual leave including bank holidays, rising by 1 day a year for your first three years
  • Workplace pension post probation
  • Mobile phone provided, plus a local parking permit
  • 40 hours per week, you manage your own rota and take part in the on call rota

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
