Registered Manager – Children's Residential Home (Emergency & Crisis Placements)
Location: Kirkby-in-Ashfield, Nottinghamshire
Salary: Up to £51,870 per annum (DOE & Qualifications) + On-Call Allowance
Contract: Permanent | Full Time | 37 Hours per Week

About the Role
You'll take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding and regulatory compliance while creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can recover, grow and thrive.
We're Looking For Someone With:
- Experience as a Registered Manager or an experienced Deputy Manager within a children's residential home
- Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and Children's Homes Quality Standards
- Experience supporting children with complex trauma, EBD, CCE, CSE and safeguarding concerns
- Excellent leadership, team management and communication skills
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or willingness to complete)
- Full UK Driving Licence
