Role Overview
Locations: Manchester & Bolton Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 + Bonus + Career Progression

We're recruiting an experienced Registered Manager to lead one of our Children’s Residential Homes, supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day management of the home
- Ensure outstanding safeguarding and care standards
- Build, develop and inspire a high-performing team
- Deliver positive outcomes for children and young people
- Maintain full Ofsted compliance
- Drive continuous improvement across the service
- Build effective relationships with local authorities and external professionals

Requirements
- Current Registered Manager or experienced Deputy Manager
- Experience within Children’s Residential Care
- NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and Children’s Home Standards
- Full UK Driving Licence
