Salary: £55,000 per annum + £500 monthly performance bonus (Total Package: £60,000 per annum)

About the Role
PAB Staffing Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a well-established children's residential care provider for an experienced Registered Manager or Deputy Manager to lead a 3-bed EBD Children's Home, supporting young people aged 10–17 years. This is not a 16+ provision.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Ofsted Registered Manager or a Deputy Manager with a minimum of 2 years' experience within an Ofsted-regulated children's residential home who is ready to step into their first Registered Manager position.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day management and operations of the children's home.
- Ensure full compliance with Ofsted regulations, safeguarding standards and all relevant legislation.
- Promote a safe, nurturing and therapeutic environment for children and young people.
- Lead, mentor, supervise and develop a high-performing staff team.
- Promote positive outcomes, wellbeing and high-quality, child-centred care.
- Build effective relationships with local authorities, families and external professionals.
- Manage safeguarding, care planning, risk management and quality assurance.
- Drive continuous improvement and maintain high standards across the service.

Essential Requirements
- Currently based in the UK.
- Require Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) to work in the UK.
- Previous experience as an Ofsted Registered Manager, or a minimum of 2 years' experience as an Ofsted Deputy Manager within a children's residential home.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare, or currently working towards it.
- Candidates holding a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare with significant management experience within an Ofsted-regulated children's residential home may also be considered.
- Excellent knowledge of Ofsted regulations, safeguarding, Children's Homes Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards.
- Strong leadership, communication and people management skills.
- Ability to lead inspections, audits and continuous service improvement.
- Passionate about achieving outstanding outcomes for children and young people.
