About The Role
Registered Manager – Children's Residential Service - 10 Bedded Home
Lincolnshire | Full-time | Up to £75,000 Salary + Benefits + Joining bonus
The Role
We are seeking an ambitious, values-driven leader to launch and develop an innovative new residential service for children and young people with complex needs. This is a unique opportunity to create a service from the ground up, recruit and develop a brand new team, and shape a model of care that delivers exceptional outcomes.
You will be leading the development of a brand-new, bespoke residential provision comprising up to 10 self-contained apartments, designed to support children and young people with a range of complex needs, including those who require highly individualised living arrangements.
In This Dynamic Role, You Will:
- Be accountable for the performance of the home in relation to a range of organisational KPI’s.
- Drive improvement, innovation, efficiency, and best practice.
- Seek to achieve and sustain outstanding care and compliance.
- Help embed the Kisimul culture and values.
- Ensure the service consistently meets regulatory and safeguarding standards.
- Make sure all the young people we support have lives full of meaning, fun, and personal development.
About You
Your Qualities
- Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
- Proven management experience in children’s residential care.
- Strong understanding of the Children’s Homes Regulations, Quality Standards, and inspection frameworks.
- An initiative-taking, resilient approach and the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Flexibility to travel between services within Lincolnshire.

Through our registered schools, college, and care homes, we support children up to the age of nineteen with education and care and offer residential care and supported living for adults aged 18 to 65.

We deliver a full range of children’s, adult, and older people’s care services, built around our Meaningful Life model. We are specialists in Autism and complex needs, with an integrated and extensive in-house multi-disciplinary therapy team. We co-design individual “One Plans” and outcome frameworks that evidence each person’s journey toward greater independence and personal achievement. Our practice is therapeutically informed, underpinned by our therapeutic and trauma-informed competency framework, supported by dedicated Service Development Practitioners. We build bespoke packages in partnership with Local Authorities to support Transforming Care objectives. We provide outstanding homes and therapeutic environments, a critical component of an effective therapeutic model of support.
