The Role
We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead, inspire, and provide a child and family-centred approach within one of our children’s residential homes in Lincolnshire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the home meets and exceeds organisational KPIs for performance.
- Driving innovation, efficiency, and best practice in care delivery.
- Sustainably achieving outstanding care standards while ensuring full compliance and regulatory adherence.
- Embedding Kisimul’s values and culture throughout the home.
- Maintaining safeguarding excellence and adherence to inspection frameworks.
- Prioritising person-centred approaches to enrich each young person’s life with meaning, fun, and personal growth.

About You
Requirements & Qualities
- Professional Qualification: Hold (or be working towards) a Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or an equivalent qualification).
- Proven Leadership: Extensive experience as a manager in children’s residential care.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of Children’s Homes Regulations, Quality Standards, and inspection frameworks.
- Empowered Leadership: Must drive initiatives, inspire teams, and adapt to dynamic challenges.
- Flexibility: Ability to travel between Kisimul’s services in Lincolnshire, as required.
