Location: Swinderby, Lincolnshire Type: Full-time Salary: Competitive Salary + £5,000 joining bonus

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead, inspire, and provide a child and family-centred approach within one of our children’s residential homes in Lincolnshire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the home meets and exceeds organisational KPIs for performance.
  • Driving innovation, efficiency, and best practice in care delivery.
  • Sustainably achieving outstanding care standards while ensuring full compliance and regulatory adherence.
  • Embedding Kisimul’s values and culture throughout the home.
  • Maintaining safeguarding excellence and adherence to inspection frameworks.
  • Prioritising person-centred approaches to enrich each young person’s life with meaning, fun, and personal growth.

About You

Requirements & Qualities

  • Professional Qualification: Hold (or be working towards) a Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or an equivalent qualification).
  • Proven Leadership: Extensive experience as a manager in children’s residential care.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of Children’s Homes Regulations, Quality Standards, and inspection frameworks.
  • Empowered Leadership: Must drive initiatives, inspire teams, and adapt to dynamic challenges.
  • Flexibility: Ability to travel between Kisimul’s services in Lincolnshire, as required.
