As the Homes Manager (CQC Registered), you’ll deliver exceptional care services to a diverse community while shaping the future of resident-led support. This role offers professional growth and the opportunity to develop alongside a caring團隊.
Key responsibilities include:
- Management and Leadership: Provide direction, development, and support to a team within residential care or day service settings.
- Personalised Service: Ensure a flexible service that meets the specific needs of each resident.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Make the service representative of the communities we support—particularly Black and Ethnic Minority BEM communities and women.
- Financial Stewardship: Manage budgets within agreed limits.

Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
Applicants should have:
- Level 4 qualification (or equivalent) in Adult Social Care—required or actively working towards completion.
- At least two years’ experience managing teams with direct supervision responsibilities.
- Two years’ hands-on experience working with older adults in residential care.
Registration & Commitment
- Must obtain CQC Registration within six months of joining.
- Demonstrates flexibility to match organisational and service needs.
