An established and growing homecare provider is looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead and develop its domiciliary care service in Essex.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a quality-focused organisation that is committed to delivering outstanding, person-centred visiting and live-in care, enabling people to remain safe, independent and comfortable in their own homes. You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of the service while leading a dedicated team and driving high standards of care.

The Role

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Leading the operational management of the homecare service.
  • Completing client consultations, care assessments, care planning and onboarding new service users.
  • Ensuring the delivery of safe, person-centred care that meets individual needs.
  • Managing client feedback, concerns and complaints, using these to continuously improve service quality.
  • Supporting business growth by identifying new opportunities and developing relationships with local stakeholders and referral partners.
  • Recruiting, developing and supporting care staff to build a high-performing team.
  • Maintaining full compliance with CQC regulations and all relevant legislation.
  • Monitoring quality standards and implementing continuous improvements across the service.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
