Conway Group Healthcare has an exciting recruitment opportunity for a Registered Home Manager at a purpose-built, state-of-the-art facility.
Willowbrook Care Centre is a 31 bedded facility located in Osborne Park, a leafy residential suburb in the heart of BT9. The centre is conveniently connected to both the Lisburn Road and the Malone Road. The centre is specifically designed to cater for a range of complex needs including but not limited to learning disability, brain injury and physical disability. Our vision is “to provide a comfortable and therapeutic living environment that enables supportive steps towards recovery and mental wellbeing”.

Location – Willowbrook Care Centre, Belfast.

About The Role
About You:
As Registered Home Manager, you will provide effective clinical leadership by supporting the care team to ensure we champion Residents' safety and dignity by providing a caring environment where residents and their families feel happy and secure.
You will be well versed in providing care for those with mental health and complex needs and have experience in Care Planning and utilising clinical assessment tools.
You will be keen to develop your leadership skills and clinical knowledge, be capable of building close relationships with Residents and their families and be determined to drive continuous improvement and compliance with our clinical governance framework.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual wishing to develop within their career.
The successful candidate will preferably have management experience in a mental health setting. However, candidates with limited managerial experience may be considered, provided they can demonstrate enthusiasm, a passion for mental health care, and a desire to develop and progress their career.
Duties of a Registered Manager include:
- Operational management of the nursing home, including budget management.
- Clinical expertise and sound knowledge of best practices in mental health care.
- Guiding, instructing and monitoring professional nursing staff, student nurses, health care assistants and other ancillary staff in the Home.
- Engaging with staff and promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Ensuring RQIA compliance.
- Displaying excellent working knowledge of regulatory standards.
- Mentoring staff to drive continuous improvement and high-quality patient-centred care.
